General Rules

PAYMENTS:
1. Payment is to be done after sketch for orders lower than $100. Or, in case the client asks for, the payment can be done 50% before the sketch and 50% after sketch;
2. Orders above $100 are to be paid in the 50/50. That is, upfront payment of 50% of the full price and, after Sketch process, the rest of the price;
3. Any other type of payment is to be decided between Client and Artist, upon a mutual agreement;
4. Work will not proceed until payment has been received (be it payment after sketch type or 50/50 with the first 50% payment);
5. In works above $500, the payment method will be decided upon Client and Artist due to large amount of money.PRODUCT DELIVERY:
6. The final artwork (or multiple) will be delivered digitally to the e-mail provided by Client;
7. Due to distance, it is impossible for the Artist to deliver it physically, unless it be done through an online website (such as prints, chibi or keychains, stickers, etc.) in which the Client has to provide the payment and shipping fees on their own. In this case, the Artist will only provide the digital material;
8. It is sole responsibility of the Client to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Artist cannot be held accountable for Client's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Artist;
9. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Client's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Artist. Artist can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Client lost their files.REVISIONS:
10. The Artist will provide about 5 Thumbnails (rough sketches with composition/poses ideas). It is up for the Client to decide which one fit;a. In the case of none of the Thumbnails satisfying the Client, the Artist will provide new Thumbnails according to the Client's instructions;
b. Client may provide references, moodboards and other methods to help the Artist get the perfect idea.11. After Thumbnail process, the Artist will proceed through the Sketch phase. The Client has the right to complete 3 revisions during the Sketch phase;
12. Client has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye-colour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS:
13. Client is to pay the total amount in USD;
14. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to bear any currency conversion costs, bank fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Artist;
15. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on the Artist's account is equal to the invoice amount in USD;
16. Depending on which platform the Client chooses to pay, there will be additional fees in which the Client will be solely responsible to cover it (applies to VGen). Fees are already included within the prices.REFUND POLICY:
17. General rule is that, after approving of the Sketch and allowing the artist to proceed, the Client will me ineligible for a refund if, and only if commission is being concluded as per schedule;
18. The Client has the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress before the sketch has begun, or when the Product has not been completed within two months without previous warnings;
19. Other types of refunds must be discussed between Client and Artist before the start of new work;
20. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE:
21. The Product received by the Client is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Artist. This will require a separate agreement between Client and Artist defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product;
22. Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, Client does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS:
23. Artist has the right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition or full refund, without giving reasons to the Client;
24. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Artist will have full right to refuse any service to the Client in the future.TAT:
25. From the moment the full payment has been finalized, the Client has the Artist's guarantee that the work will be done in about one (1) month;
26. Each commission is different, of course, and TAT may differ from one another, but general rule is one (1) month to get everything done and delivered;
27. In the case of something more complex, the Artist will discuss this with the Client and both will decide upon a decent TAT that fits their schedule;
28. The Artist has tendinitis. As such, sometimes, the TAT will have to be extended. However, if that happens, there will be a notice beforehand to make sure to warn and confirm with the Client beforehand.
